In Summary
Makerere were expected to give UCU a tough challenge when the two met in the Zuku University Basketball League on Saturday. Instead, UCU ran away with an easy win, the sixth in six games. With two games left two play, the Mukuno side is now set to finish the regular season unbeaten.

Mukono- Spurred by vocal home support, UCU continued to underline their superiority in the Zuku University Basket League with their fifth and sixth wins at the weekend.
Despite having six players, the Mukono side were too strong for second-placed Makerere University (Mak) and Uganda Martyrs University (UMU,) thumping the visitors 84-42 and 60-39 respectively at UCU court on Saturday.
Joseph Chuma top scored in both games, contributing 27 and 18 points while Joseph Wacha and Jonathan Egau added 12 points apiece against UMU to accompany the 20 and 16 against Mak.
Patrick Seduge was meanwhile the only Makerere player with double figures, scoring a team high 13 points together with 11 boards. The margins got even bigger in the ladies games as Purity Adhiambo poured 44 points16 rebounds and eight assists as UCU massacred UMU 110-5.
IUIU, meanwhile, suffered their fifth consecutive loss in as many games going down 72-12 to Makerere.
