NIGERIA : Basketball League Postponed Again

The Nigerian Basketball League has postponed, indefinitely, the commencement of its 2012/2013 league season because of lack of funds from sponsors.
The league was scheduled to start on Friday. The new postponement makes it the third time that the commencement of the new league season will be postponed.
Speaking to PREMIUM TIMES, the Secretary-General of the Basketball Federation, Francis Gbiri, said, "As at today, 14th of March 2013, four teams, Royal Hoopers, Niger Potters, Yelwa Hawks and Police Bombers are yet to register for the new season. The league funding is also yet to be activated. For these reasons the federation is unwilling to start the new league season tomorrow."
"A firm and final date will be communicated shortly," he added.

Comments:
naturally like your web-site however you have to take a look at the spelling on several of your
posts. A number of them are rife with spelling problems and
I find it very bothersome to inform the reality however I will certainly come back again.
