NIGERIA : Union Bank Ugbede double double sink Customs 76-58

Union Bank basketball club were in superb form at the weekend beating Nigeria Customs Service basketball team roundly by 76-58 points.

Daddy Ugbede of Union Bank basketball club led the floor with a double double effort of 21 points, 17 rebounds, 3 steal and 2 blocks, Azuoma Dike contributed 22 points while Seyi Ayodele added 10 points to complete the defeat of the Customs side.

Union Bank basketball club led in all department of the game with 48 rebounds, 25 turn-over, 15 steal and 12 assists to Nigeria Customs 39 rebounds, 23 turn-over, 13 steal and 9 assists.

Union Bank Head Coach, Savage applauded the performance of his players for the victory over the Nigeria Customs and sounded a note of warning to other would-be play-off aspirants in the Atlantic conference saying the Stallion Boys are more than determine to fight for the league shield this season.
